• Postage does not cover Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, all other islands or remote destinations. For deliveries to any of these destinations please contact for postage costs prior to buying, we reserve the right to cancel an item to these areas if additional postage costs have not been paid.
• To help keep postage costs as low as possible, on some occasions items will be removed from original box / packaging, flattened and sent with item. This will only happen with smaller items and when no damage can be caused from item not being within brand packaging.
• Please note that items are new/old stock, please ensure this is the correct part for your vehicle. Please check part number and all photographs. Some vehicles will have more than one part that is registered to the VRM. Buyer accepts responsibility ensuring that the part is correct. We will not take responsibility for incorrectly ordered parts. Incorrectly ordered parts are non-returnable.
• There may be some damage to boxes – this does not affect the item.
• In the event of any item being used/previously fitted/damaged etc this will be noted on the listing – please check.
• Payments required strictly within 24 hours to avoid item being relisted.
• In the event of non-payment we reserve the right to file a non-payment dispute via eBay.
• Courier insurance included for item value up to £20.
• In the event of item being damaged by courier, you must mark it as damaged when you sign for your item. We will process a damaged claim with the courier, additional information will be required. Max compensation value £20, providing courier provides successful claim. If an item is refused delivery / undelivered / returned we reserve the right to charge postage cost minimum £5 regardless if item was free postage.
• If you are collecting your item, collection required within 48 hours. In the event of non-collection within the time frame, we reserve the right to charge a storage charge of £5 per day or part thereof unless prior arrangement have been agreed.

·         Return’s buyer must contact for a returns number and address. Buyer must return within 14 days of delivery. Packaging must be intact and not opened. Buyer is responsible for return postage. Postage will not be refunded in either direction. There is a 20% re-stocking fee. Items will not be accepted if not returned in original condition. Buyer is responsible for safe return of item.

·         In the event of a faulty item, buyer will be required to return item back to us at their own cost. We shall process a warranty claim with the relevant company. Information must be provided by the buyer to assist with warranty claim, details will be sent on information required. Faulty warranty period 14 days from and including delivery date. We reserve the right to charge a £10 administration fee per item, to cover costs of time/paperwork completion etc. Postage charges will not be refunded for any direction.
